| Access |
There are daily flights from Anchorage, Alaska to Dutch Harbor. Dutch Harbor is 800 air miles southwest of Anchorage along the Aleutian Chain.
Alaskan pilots are legendary for their good judgment and flying skills. The weather in the Aleutians can be unpredictable and delays are a part of life in rural Alaska as pilots wait for the weather to clear to provide safe transportation for their guests.
If weather delays occur, tours and activities will be recommended to fill your time until it clears. There are terrific tours of Dutch Harbor covering the interesting WWII history, religion, culture and flora and fauna. |
| Accommodations |
The beautiful and spacious 4,400 square-foot custom Lindal Cedar Lodge will accommodate up to eight guests luxuriously. Each of the four well appointed bedrooms has a queen and twin bed and private outside deck.
The lodge has a formal dining room, commercial kitchen, wet bar, library, card tables, fly tying areas, and large viewing decks. |
| Dining |
The three daily meals provided are home cooked and served family style. Breads and cookies are baked fresh daily. Local Alaska seafood is the lodge's specialty. |

There is also excellent light tackle fresh and saltwater fishing for Dolly Varden, Sockeye, Pink, Chum and Coho Salmon. And you may want to give fly fishing for halibut a try while you are there. Ask about the $100,000.00 Halibut Derby! |
| Additional Info |
The lodge recommends a six-night/seven-day package as it will give you time to relax and enjoy the area. This package includes all meals and fishing, as well as sightseeing in the area.
