I was raised in the Black Forest in Germany. After driving 14,000 miles throughout North America, I decided that the Fraser River Valley was the place I wanted to call home. I`ve learned that the most productive salmon and sturgeon river in the entire world had no fishing lodge. My mission was created from that moment on...
I started small and careful - quality instead of quantity - and built the business up to one of the most recognized fishing lodges/resorts in the world. My goal was always not to become the largest lodge, where guests are just numbers, but to become the #1 in quality and service. We are working on improving and won't stop in doing so. Every year our guests return, they see new improvements.
We now have a repeat booking rate of over 90%. We have an incredible loyalty from our guests. Many of them became good friends over the years and years of return.
