Access	Guests will find that destinations are the most remote fishing operations in the Brazilian Amazon. They are situated near the equator in Northern Brazil. Direct five-hour flights from Miami, FL, to Manaus, Brazil are scheduled twice weekly. From Manaus, chartered flights travel to Barcelos, Brazil's tropical fish capital, where anglers depart to one of three destinations.
Accommodations	The Rio Negro and Rio Araca Lodges both provide large air-conditioned bedrooms with two queen-sized beds and private baths equipped with hot water.
Dining	Breakfast includes eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, waffles, toast and delightful tropical fruit. Anglers may pack a lunch including tasty chicken, ham, turkey sandwiches and fresh fruits to take on the river to optimize fishing time or may choose to return for a light lunch. Multi-course dinners include selections of juicy steaks (tenderloin), succulent chicken and fresh fish dishes (grilled and fried), various gourmet pasta dishes, freshly baked breads and fresh fruits and vegetables straight from the garden (bananas, pineapples, plantains, tomatoes, onions and peppers). Desserts include flan, cheesecake, chocolates and various other delicious sweets.
Bar Service	Full service bar with cold Brazilian beer, featured wines and an array of liquor.
Special Entertainment	A Boi-Bumbá party is performed each week for guests of the Rio Negro Lodge and the Amazon Queen II. This presentation is a traditional folklore story of the Amazon, which includes legends related to Indian culture and local people.

Types of Fishing	Fly, spin and casting are all available with top water fishing responsible for the largest trophy peacock bass.
Species of Fish Caught	Peacock Bass, Piranha, Catfish, Dogfish, Traira, Fresh Water Barracuda, Pirarucu and Arawana
Additional Info	Passport/Visa: All tourists traveling from the U.S. to Brazil must have a valid passport and Brazilian visa. Visas are available from the Brazilian Consulate in your jurisdiction for approximately $110.00. Medical Considerations: The Centers for Disease Control recommend Yellow Fever Vaccination and Malaria prophylaxis for traveling to the Amazon River Basin. Amazon Tours recommend that guests please consult their physician before traveling.

Rate Plan	The trip price includes the following: All necessary ground transportation and air charters within Brazil. Lodging (double occupancy). Complimentary quality fishing tackle (Falcon Rods and Shimano Reels) and all necessary top water lures provided for use while in Brazil. Guide service (two anglers with a Brazilian guide in 17’ Nitro Bass Boat/*Bass Tracker 165 at Rio Araca Lodge). Six days of fishing per week. All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) except last day in Manaus. Open bar (Brazilian beer, wine and liquor). Daily laundry and maid service. Brazilian Fishing License.
Additional Rate Info	Additional costs not included in the trip price are: International and Domestic Airfare - As a service to clients, Amazon Tours reserves discounted group space for round-trip international flights. Clients are responsible for domestic airfare and reservations. Tips – Gratuities for guides and staff are at the client’s discretion. If they receive excellent service, a total tip of $180-200 per angler/per week would be appropriate and divided between the guide and staff. Adventure Flyouts are available at the Rio Negro and Rio Araca Lodges for an additional $500.00 per person per day rate.
